  • Add thin meat into your diet but avoid the intake of red meat completely.  Red meat consists of the excess amount of protein that in turn causes infertility problems in a woman. Moreover, red meat is also responsible for decreasing carbohydrates disturbing the thyroid function of the body resulting in PCOD.
  • Completely avoid the food containing saturated or hydrogenated fats. The food items rich in these fats include dairy products, soy products, lamb, and beef so make to reduce their quantity in your diet. Thus now before eating anything make sure to the check the label for the number of fats.
  • Say a big no to any form of sugar-rich foods like jaggery, honey and refined cereals like maida, sooji, white rice, white rice poha etc.
  • Ban caffeine content from your diet. This is because it plays a major role of being a stimulant that increases insulin levels and its excess intake can drastically lower the fertility rates. 
  • The perfect breakfast of the PCOD patient must include fruits, multi-grains, tomatoes or cucumber.  While for lunch they should taking oats or barn roti rather than regular rotis.
